  1. I still need to read Becoming - and I want to read Daisy Jones as well. I'm curious about Parkland, and I've read and enjoyed Year of Yes.

    1. Kristen I loved Year of Yes too...but I struggled with the Kiss Quotient. For some reason I tend to struggle with books where the lead character has autism. I have two sons on the spectrum and I haven't found a book that totally gets it except Be Frank With Me. Just me being weird. :)

  3. How was Every Morning? I read My grandmother and really enjoyed it. This sounded good too. I read Year of Yes a few years ago and LOVED it! That was a really great book IMO. Evidence of the Affair was my first TJR book and I was hooked. I loved Daisy. It really felt like a real band to me. I’m STILL trying to finish becoming… since November 2018 :(

Lots of other good books on here, too.

  5. So many great books - The Year of Yes (one of my all-time favorites and I feel like I should reread it), Becoming (I miss having her in the White House so much) and Daisy Jones (not as great as Evelyn but still really, really good) and many that I need to read.

  6. So many books! But, what did you think of them? Favorite? Least favorite? One you'd most recommend?

    1. I apologize I rushed to post this and didn't really put any content with the photo. Favorites were The Sun Does Shine (read Just Mercy as well), Becoming (did the audio), The Life of Henrietta Lacks was fascinating and All the Ugly and Wonderful Things was hard but so good.

  7. I really enjoyed The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. The movie totally ruined it, though.

Evidence of the Affair was like a bedtime story: read it in 25 minutes before bed, liked it a lot, and just wished for more!

  8. Some really good ones on here! Didn't American Fire read like fiction? That story was wild.
