A bookish kindred spirit! I really enjoyed "Ready Player One" (I recommend it as often as I can!), "Orphan Train," "When Breath Becomes Air," and "Still Life." I haven't read "The Snow Child" yet but I read Ivey's second book, "To the Bright Edge of the World," this year and absolutely loved it! I'm hoping to read "The Snow Child" sometime in the next couple months. (Plus "A Man Called Ove." It's on my must-read-in-2017 list!)
The books on your list: I've either read them or I plan to read them :) I adored The Snow Child. The author is from the small town I lived in in Alaska and that book is on my living room shelf right now.
I really loved Orphan Train too when I read it!
ReplyDeleteIt was hard to pick but Orphan Train eventually made the list!
